Where was that taken? The world has a major problem with the disposal and recycling of computers, and it's getting worse as they become ever more common (soon there will be more computers than people). We need to design them in such as way that they can quickly and easily be put back into the stream. That's why you get people, frustrated with the technology clutter of our disposable culture, just tossing them on the sidewalk like that.
