Sanne- no Rasterbating here. The Rasterbator doesn't allow for specific hole sizes. The layout was done in AutoCAD. I actually made a mistake laying it out- 2 holes are over lapping. See if you can find them (Large).

Since the holes are dark and the surface is bright the finished panel looks like a photographic negative. I would try inverting the photo image before half-toning it so that the finished panel looks like a positive image.
