Mobile Me in Control Panel

I was installing IIS on my Vista box earlier to test Habari without mod_rewrite, when I happened to see this new icon sitting there in the middle of Control Panel.

Where did you come from? I know I didn't install you...

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

When you installed iTunes 7.4.4, it came with the new Mobile Me functionality.
Since in Mac the Mobile Me icon shows up in System Preferences, on the Windows platform the analagous location is Control Panel.
Seems to make sense, except folks don't think of Control Panel in that way very much, and Apple didn't exactly make it very clear as to where that would be where this icon would live.
Anyhoot, that is where you can set up sync with your Windows data and your iPhone via the "cloud"...

I want to copy it and see if I can install it on a W2K box. Looking at your other photos, you obviously know your way around computers...

Any thoughts as to how I can get this file?
