This compelled me to google goatse and find out if there was really a wedding ring in the original image, or if it was something else going on with the ring in the package design.

Sure enough, there's a wedding ring. It's easy to miss, what with all the... prolapse. *shudder* Still, this sort of attention to detail speaks highly of their product.
