Brocato's Katrina plate

The Katrina water line plate on the inside of the front door of Brocato's. If you infer a little bit, you can see that it's above the door handle - between three and four feet off the ground. It was a BIG deal when they re-opened, a sure sign that Mid-City was coming back.
