My sister Tasha claims that this photo is one of her favorite photos of all time. It's been posted on Facebook (and maybe Flickr) before, but it's definitely worthy of a repost for this Archive 365 project.

January 29, 2012 - Pot roast.

This is the same pot roast I've made many times before (from Virginia Willis' Bon Appetit Y'all), but this time it was made with grass fed beef and all organic vegetables!

January 28, 2012 - New friends.

I finally broke my habit of buying Starbucks espresso for my machine at home. On the recommendation of a friend who used to live in this area, I went to Shenandoah Joe, a local coffee place for this month's pound of espresso beans.

The first drink made from it was fantastic, so I think I'll keep going back to them!
