This house at 1213 Bickler is the same design as one planned to replace the Victorian cottage moved from 1213 Newning, in Fairview Park, Austin, Texas. neighbors fought to restrict the height and kept the Newning version to two stories (same design). This one on Bickler is the only structure of its type and height on the block.
