    what kind of cabinet are you getting...the detolfs at ikea are priced great!!
    i have the billy from them...not priced so great :-P

    Haha ow yes, the infamous detolfs :P Over at vinyltoyforum.com everyone's talking about them :D
    But I think I'm going to get one I can hang from the wall :) They have some nice hanging ones at Ikea as well
    I do like the fact that the detolfs are all glass, it means they get more light in, and as my room is pretty dark that's a good thing....

    Great collection! We are going through the same thing -- trying to get a cabinet for our toys -- so the detolf from IKEA is a good one?

    Well, it's a relatively cheap one :) I guess it must be good, cause everyone on the toyforum seems to have one ^^
    If I had more room I might get one myself, but I really need one to hang on the wall

    We just need something to put our stuff in so the cats won't get it and run off with it -- I unwrapped my Boo keychain and it was in the floor ready to enter the Realm of No Return (under the stove) within 30 seconds. They're like magpies!!!!!!

    if you want good ones to store your toys, and you have a few bucks to spend, id get the billy system!
    that's what i have, but my set up was around 500...although it can be much cheeper than that, you can build them suited to your needs...

    Yeah the billy's are great! A cabinet with two doors was around 110 euros over here though...but it looked awesome

    We just ordered 1 Billy and 1 Detolf from ikea.com -- unfortunately there isn't one nearby -- the shipping cost was insane!!!!! But I really like these shelves and I appreciate everyone's input. I'll take pics when they arrive!

    We had to measure very carefully to figure out what would fit. We have so many books and bookcases it is like playing tetris to organize them! The IKEA people said we should get our shipment within 2 weeks!
