Winter had a bad hair day.

I went out today during my lunch break to see if I could find something interesting. I think I did just that.

added to Cream of the Crop as my most favorited photo.

This was caused by very cold winds (from Canada) blowing across Lake Erie which froze water coming from waves crashing into the pier. This is my guess anyway. You can get a better look at the location here.

@trepelu - with the wind chill it was below freezing, that combined with constant waves crashing into the pier, I imagine caused all the ice build up...it has since melted. :(
