After scouring the street for some evidence of Xmas I stumbled upon this woman returning from Church to her home in a nearby slum. Merry Christmas from India to all at Flickr!

A wonderful portrait--the Mother looks like a Madonna--the personification of Serenity. And the little fellow--did you ever see "Oblio"--the little boy in the 1970's animation classic "The Point" by musician Harry Nillson? Oblio was the only round-headed person in the Land of Point, where by law everyone and everything had to have a point.
