Ottawa Central Open House

The Ottawa Central, a local short line, had an open house on Saturday April 28. The focus, as you might expect, was on safety (as almost all railroad PR is). It was raining, but I got my camera wet and took photos anyway. Here are the ones that turned out before my lens got too spotty.
