Sidewalk in winter

Sidewalk in winter

Shawville is usually very good at plowing its sidewalks, often within hours of snow falling. That the new sidewalks along Route 148 have not been plowed suggests (a) that they haven't been added to the routine or (b) that they're not municipal sidewalks and as such somebody else's problem. This doesn't make the highway safer in winter, though.
