the rustling of generations
![]() I stopped briefly by this abandoned Iowa farmhouse this morning in on my way to work in order to capture and submit a piece of rural Iowa abandonment to Flickr 888, this year's 24-hours of Flickr event.
A pretty field of coneflowers and queen-anne's-lace greeted me; and among their whispering in the breeze, I could almost hear the sounds of the farm lives that once lived here. But, not quite. Explore - highest spot # 18 The Landscape of Flickr 888 One of the most spectacular things about Flickr is the community. While many of these people wouldn't proclaim themselves artists, I like to refer visitors of my photostream to some awesome photos that exist in others'.
