    A rainbow coloured laundry line drying along the ghats.

    The Ganga is life and life in Varanasi happens on the Ganga. Prayer and pooja, bathing and hair cuts, laundry and animal grazing. The kids play cricket, people sit or worship or eat or wander while cows, goats, street dogs and monkeys roam freely by.
