For all the tea in China...
I really liked how this one came out. This is a typical green tea from Chengdu and such a major part of the culture. The tightly balled leaves slowly opening as they absorb the hot water. What was remarkable about the tea here was that the leaves could be refilled several times without the tea getting bitter.
