veggie pizza

vegetarian pizza with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

Sauce was from a 2 hour simmer:

* 10oz San Marzano crushed tomatoes
* 2 Bay Leaves
* 2 garlic cloves
* fresh oregano
* 1/8c of olive oil
