Holiday dishes, small appliances, paper supplies and large pots and pans are stored in floor to ceiling cabinets in the pantry area in the back of the kitchen. Pet supplies are also located in this space.

A dual fuel range with a hood that includes a warming shelf was a splurge for the cooks. Spices are located conveniently near the range. The backsplash is beveled white subway tile accented by glass and statuary marble mosaic tile.

The sink selected is a Blanco “Silgranit” sink in Bisque with a gooseneck Moen fixture. The 15-inch Coby flat screen TV includes a radio and DVD player. The counter is Cambria “Praa Sands” that looks so much like granite only an expert could tell the difference. There is also a pullout receptacle for kitchen waste and recyclables.

The pullout food pantry helps organize supplies and keeps them at the cooks’ fingertips.

Wall ovens and storage for baking tins and pans are located near the island. The beverage bar has a bar sink and under cabinet refrigerator for drinks. Additional electrical outlets were added to the beverage for coffeemakers, and electric kettle and blenders.
