      thanks Heather- inspired by my favorite flavor of soft serve from our summer vacation in Japan.

      The color could be considered challenging.. not the most appetizing looking thing! :)

      OMG these look so awesome. Do you have any tips for marshmallow making? Ive done it before but mine are never perfect squares and most of it seems to stick to my mixing bowl.

      I have a detailed recipe for making marshmallows of any flavor up on my blog.

      They're really easy to make and customize with any flavor.

      Regarding sticking to the bowl- I've never ran into that issue, but I make sure to transfer the marshmallows to their pan as soon as they are finished whipping. I do make sure to have some stick to my spoon when I'm all done :wink:
