An art deco house in Cochabamba, Bolivia. I took this photograph in
the early 1990's.
This city had a beautiful warm and sunny climate and seemed to be
prosperous judging by the number of fine, stylish houses like this
one.
This is winter in Bolivia, their dry season. Cochabamba is known as
the "City of Eternal Spring" and "The Garden City"
due to its spring-like temperatures year round.
