HHO Generator "Brown's Gas"
|
Experimenting with HHO Generators in my
PTCruiser.
NOTE: I highly recommend you purchase
and use a "ScanGuage II" in
your vehicle while tweaking and using a
HHO Generator. It will help you see
your results in MPG change, along with
help train you to drive most
efficiently.
NOTE: Try to make it with as good a
grade of Stainless Steel as you can
find/afford. The idea is to obtain S/S
that will not attract itself to a
magnet, and with as much Nickel as
possible.

I think I stumbled across a new
electrolyte solution. I ran out of
citric acid, and therefore was wondering
what I could use in the meantime. I
remembered the bottle of Hydrogen
Peroxide in the bathroom. I poured two
bottles of this, along with some
distilled white vinegar in the the HHO
Generator. It's producing quite nicely,
and as of over a weeks worth of driving,
has yet to turn dark, corrode the
plates, or stop working. I just add
more Hydroden Peroxide as needed. Plus
this can be had at just about any store
for pennies.

Ran a much longer Highway Mileage run
today, due to a school field trip. I
ended up running 350miles on 9 gallons
of fuel. Worked out to be 38.89mpg

After having to refuel just as I
arrived into Dallas proper, I ended up
running a 105 mile trip on 3gallons of
fuel, 60mile was highway, the rest in
the Dallas, start/stop/pray traffic.
This worked out to 35mpg. Now look up
the fuel consumption estimation for a
2002 PTCruiser and tell me if you think
the HHO Generator is worth the trouble.

A friend in Dallas, after contemplating
having me committed, went ahead and
built himself an HHO Generator, using
16plates in his. Last report I had from
Chuck, was after a 70ish mile run, he
was getting 40+ mpg on his little Honda
Civic or Accord, I can't remember which
it is.

I stopped by the stainless steel shop,
and ordered a few more plates for this
HHO Generator, in order to make it a 2
cell unit. I noticed a drop in MPG with
the Air Conditioner on, now that it's
warming up outside. I need to
compensate for the extra engine load.
The cell I have now, is made with 304
Stainless Steel Plates, and is working
nicely. I plan on adding more plates,
to make up a 2 cell Generator. The
single cell is working great in city
drving, but I feel a second cell that I
can manually turn on during highway
traveling will bump up the mileage even
more. Current MPG, averaging both city
and highway driving for the typical week
is around 30+ mpg which doesn't sound
like all that much, but the PTCruiser
doesn't get much better than I'd say 19
on the average.
