#KatieRide and Walk for Life 2012 - 04/21/12

The Katie Ride for Life is an event held in April on Amelia Island, FL raising awareness about making an organ donation commitment. Funds raised, help to promote organ and tissue donation and deliver important educational programs to high school freshman and sophomores. The event consists of 18 miles, 36 miles, 62 miles, and 100 mile bike rides and a 5k & 10k Walk. The Katie Ride had a total of 1368 rider and walkers participating in this year's event. Mayo Clinic is the presenting sponsor.
