Prison

Tuol Sleng Prison, Cambodia. Words could not describe the pain and suffering in this building in Phnom Pehn, capital of Cambodia. Walking through the old school corridors looking at the rows upon rows of pictures of its inhabitants was a sobering experience.

Same as before. The tone is interesting, I feel hot, uncomfortable. Contrasted against the wire - trapped!

I agree wit hthe comment above.
Rather than a chill you would recieve from a picture like this (such as one from poland) you get a stuffy, humid feel to what the place must have felt like.

      very good.

      Thanks all,

@CC and Briscoe! You are right in your comments in how it portrays a hot, humidity in relation to being uncomfortable. It really was, even as a visitor. And interesting how you would contrast it to a scene in Poland, Bris. Two very different environments showing a very similar theme.

Unconsciously (but not randomly) I adjusted the white balance to 'warm up' the image (I use fluorescent/ incandescent light settings to 'cold' things), to portray the conditions, which in Cambodia would have been hot, humid, and stuffy.

      Thanks,

      M
