Living Sacrifice

Man, what a time-warp last night. A friend and I went to check out a massive concert in Houston yesterday evening, and the main band I was there to see was a group named Living Sacrifice. These guys started a movement in the non-mainstream Christian music circuit, and bands have been taking leads from LS for years.

Since 1989, Living Sacrifice has been one of the most influential metalcore bands in the industry, and after a 5 year hiatus, the band got back together, and they're not only touring — they're working on a new album.

All in all, it was just plain awesome to see these guys again. Bruce (the lead man) is just an all around great guy, and he was every bit as precise and energetic as he was back when i was watching them over a decade ago.
