    Farewell fish

    Look at how well these salmons came out! Unfortunately they tasted like chlorine. I don't know why. The package said "product of Canada" so maybe it was some kind of preservative? Anyway I had to toss them, which made me sad.

      When seafood goes bad, it can smell like ammonia. Good to have tossed.
