Penang (Malaysian) style. Pork leg roasted and very tender. Strong curry soup base.

I believe this originates from Sarawak. I tasted a similar laksa in Kuching. The pork leg is supposed to simmer for hours. It's scooped into the noodle soup when it's ready to be served. One of the best laksa I've tasted in Hong Kong.
