Bangalore International

A shot from my recent trip to India. Some close friends and family pleaded with me not to 'shoot' India in black and white. This will probably be the only black and white shot from India that I'll upload here on flickr.

Hope everyone has had a great festive time.

No graphics or flashing things please.

Advanced Photographer Feature

Some good news, I've been featured in the December edition of Advanced Photography magazine which has just come out today. There's six pages of some of my Lensbaby shots and a two page interview.

Apologies for being such a rubbish flickr contact as of late, I'm finding it hard to get the time or the energy to do much photography.

An old shot from winter 2010. Taken from the old bridge looking out over Stirling Station. Since I have so many old negatives that I've done nothing with I thought I'd go back and revisit one or two of them. I can't remember whether it was intentional to leave a bit of the bridge in (probably not, the viewfinder on the Holga misses a lot out), but I quite like the way it cuts across the shot.

Holga 120N

Ilford HP5 Plus film.

Scanned on an Epson V500
