The infamous Pastrami on Rye with mustard and a pile of pickles at Katz's Delicatessen. This definitely lives up to the hype. I've always liked pastrami. But this is completely different from any pastrami I've ever had and was much better. Suuuuuper tender, moist. Not too salty at all, actually the flavors were more like amplified nuances of cured smoked beef than it was the peppery spiced meat that every pastrami I've ever had was.
