Thatch teepee in St Pancras Basin along the canal

that's a teepee in London
Thatch teepee in St Pancras Basin along the canal by Matt McAlister.
Found myself looking for things to photograph this morning on the way to work because of this interesting game called noticings.

There were a few noteworthy visuals along the canal, but then I saw this strange teepee. This isn't some remote part of England. It's Kings Cross. There's a massive trainline just behind it.

There are lots of trees here. The water is always very still. And the sound of London seems to be afraid of entering this area.

Come to think of it, this is actually a very nice place to put a teepee. I was just surprised to see it.

I appreciate your verbal description of what you experienced here! Having been near that canal with you, I can appreciate your impressions even more! Such a beautiful part of London.

ooh! that's a great noticing.

after playing the game for almost two months, i find myself "saving up" easy things nearby for days when i'm too busy to walk around much. :)
