Today I'm launching my website!

I'm feeling the winter here in Beijing. It's nowhere near as cold as Finland was last year, but still, it's getting to my bones! Here's the north-east corner of the Forbidden City, surrounded by its icy moat.

WOW! I joined Flickr years ago, but today actually marks the One Year Anniversary since I posted my first picture here, and 130,000 views later, here we are. What a year it's been!

I've made fantastic friends, shared 150 pictures from my travels around the world, and enjoyed countless countless countless more from all of you. And I really look forward to another year of Flickr fun :)

This kid was just adorable! He was playing outside the gate of a monastery in Amdo, Eastern Tibet. He was running around but as soon as he saw my camera, the laughter stop and he wanted his picture taken.

Spending every day working on my website, I'll let you know when it's ready!
