house sold... to me. by mattdesmond.
Closing is set for the 2nd of October. Who wants to help me move? Move-in date will be Saturday the 7th after I sand and refinish the bedroom floors. There will be food and drinks! I can think of at least one or 2 people who owe it to me. ;-)

I think I got a good deal. It was only on the market for one day and I had to get an offer in because I didn't want to have someone else swoop in and get it. That happened to Beth before she got her house. Even though the market is slow, there are people looking for the good houses. This house is the nicest by far and needs little to no repair before I can move in.

Yeah, or maybe I could paint it on a piece of metal or wood. There are a lot of possibilities. Or, this would be cool, a LCD screen so I could change the font often!
