The Angle

Perhaps one of my more startling maternity portraits, this photo is made almost surreal by the low, wide angle.

Before you ask "was she pregnant with triplets?" she was not, but she was expecting twins.

This is definitely not a photo for everyone. It isn't designed to be flattering, but to convey very much how she was feeling about the moment.

I love this shot! I tend to get that enormous "are you carrying twins?" belly with all my pregnancies and this definitely conveys how you feel when carrying that big tummy....great perspective!

And the wide-angle expresses this very well!

My goodness! At first it just struck me at the sheer load the mom is carrying then after reading lindamccraven's comment, I'll always think of toddlers with pregnant mom's from their perspective.
