SOUFFLÉ GLACÉ MÛRE-FRAMBOISE by Marylise  Doctrinal.
150 g de framboises/0,33 pounds raspberries
200 g de mûres/0,44 pounds blackberries
150 g de sucre/0,33 pounds sugar
2 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 blancs d'œufs/2 egg whites
20 cl crème liquide/6,8 ounces liquid cream
sel/salt

Écraser les fruits, ajouter le sucre et le jus de citron , mélanger./Mash fruits with sugar and lemon juice

Battre les blancs en neige avec la pincée de sel/Beat whites with salt

Les ajouter à la préparation/Add to the mixture

Monter la crème en chantilly et ajouter à la préparation/Do a whipped cream and add to the mixture

Mettre 2 heures au congélateur/2 hours in the freezer
