Anniversary Pasta

This is a special homemade pasta dish that my husband and I ate for our anniversary. It is made from a bed of fresh pasta topped with a tomato cream sauce, a piece of grilled white fish and garnished with freshly grated parmesan and aged balsamic vinegar. Even though I don't know the exact recipe, I wanted to share this with you!
