365.293 (Jacob's hat of smooshy warmth!)

I'm done with the ancient FOs... so here's a recent one! :)

I finished Jacob's Hat of Smooshy Warmth last week. He's worn it pretty much every day since, which pleases me. (He doesn't enjoy having his picture taken and posted on Flickr, though, so I told him tonight he'd dodged a bullet because I needed a 365 picture. The hat fits him better than it does me, though!)

This is a lined hat, and each side is knit with doubled Koigu. Jacob likes Koigu and needed a nice warm cap to keep out the winds here in Albuquerque. I kind of want to make one for myself now - it is SO smooshy.
