He's growing up (almost 9 1/2 months old now!) and getting so handsome. :) Jacob picked this picture from the quick photos I took today in our backyard; "Charlie looks noble," he said.

We are just so lucky to have found Charlie - he is a truly great, loyal, loving dog. My constant sidekick, eager to learn, happy to snuggle. This past week, he got on the couch behind me like he did when he was just a wee puppy, curled his body around mine, and fell asleep. I remembered the hours we spend like that during his first weeks at home - it has been a while since he fit behind me on the couch - he's so big now. I wondered if he remembered, somewhere deep down, too?
