Rather than an extended DOF like you would normally shoot landscape I've used a much smaller DOF to highlight the fence but at the same time draw the eye on to the wind turbines - hope it's worked!

Apart from lifting the color temp to warm up the image this is almost SOOC...

Mist lifting, blue sky appearing and the sun on it's way up makes some interesting light!
