Aphids on flower, with ants

I'm not sure what kind of flower this is. It looked like some sort of honeysuckle.


The ants seemed to be protecting and caring for the aphids, as they sometimes do. In such cases, they take nutritive fluid that the aphids exude from tubes on their backs. You can see the tubes on at least the larger aphid in the group of two at the lower right.
