Boarding complete
This shows the complete boards ready for the next stage. Sam's just screwing down the front of the boards to stop them moving, and learning a Daddy carpentry rule - always screws, never nails!

Sam learns a new skill
I was actually planning on holding the cordless screwdriver for him, and letting him just press the trigger. By about screw 3 he was doing it on his own, each screw completely clean and all the way in. At that point, I was clearly unneeded, so I grabbed the other drill and started putting in the holes and countersinks ready for him. We worked as a pretty good team for an hour or so, and must have put in 50+ screws in that time.
