A woman preparing (steaming) some street snacks of the previous post, see the image in the first comment, and selling them to the girl on the left... The woman standing in the back - with the grumpy face - was some street police or security or something telling them to wrap it up quickly and stand somewhere else to sell...

I actually haven't looked how this will be in b&w... maybe I'll try that one soon as well
