      While this photo is licensed under Creative Commons, can it still be used in a commercial news story?

      I think it looks like you would be able to. When you click on the Creative Commons icon, it says you are free to use and alter as long as you attribute the photo back to this page...so, as long as you either state a photo source, or hot link the photo back, I think it looks okay, but I may be wrong!

      eta...oh, and I see someone stated above that it is in Wiki Commons as well, so I am sure you are good to use it as long as you attribute it.
