A misty start to the day at Brighton Marina. Another marina shot I know but it is so rare to get this with no-one around.
I've been experimenting with aperture lately as I've tended to ignore it in the past. I like the way this disappears into the distance!

As the end of winter approaches, the sun remains higher in the sky during working hours, creating some different effects on familiar surroundings.

As the sun started to cover the sea in the far distance, the shapes and patterns of Brighton Marina were falling under a warm shadow.

Just something I saw on as I was messing with the iPhone! Someone else has probably done this before and much better!

Hasn't June come round quickly. The weather is fine, the air is warm and the sea is.....hang on

March has started in a balmy way with lovely temperatures that make you long for the summer months all the more. Though it is not forecast to last, it's certainly enjoyable!

All was calm in the Marina this evening until this little boat came in and caused a ripple or two.

Almost hiding away at the back of the car park, my faithful old Escort that today failed it's MOT and left me in a quandry.

£350.00 will see it back on the road with a number of faults repaired (money I don't have) or alternatively it's consider a new(er) car though with the same financial challenges.

I don't know what to do. It'd be hard to say goodbye to my old friend!
