This picture is overexposed so I decided to play with it on Camera Raw and PS to see if I could fix it. Well I didn't fixed it as you can see the neon signs on the buildings (they are washed out). But I desaturated and "played with the knobs" in PS and it came out like this. I like it 95%.

Following step guides from Photoshop Magazine I tried a "bleach" process. Kind of like it! The march was against prop 8 in California.
