Spring Came

I liked the red flowers in the garden... and the light... and the film that was expired but not too expired.

I need a damn job. I had an interview today but the local coffee place only wants people who will be staying long-term (not surprising, since that makes sense, business-wise, but still disappointing).

I got up at 5 am to go to a teacher's surprise retirement party, then spent the day trekking all over town and campus. Thirty minutes of sleep + miles of walking = not the best.

jeff - thank you! Oh man, about the sunburn... yeah, I still have really noticeable tan lines. I don't know how long those are going to last. There are some faint scars from where I had massive blisters, and also where I had to rip off some skin along with the tape holding on all my gauze (we thought it was undamaged skin... guess not!). Hopefully this will all be gone at some point in the future, though. I do have lots of new shoulder freckles, ha.
