So, I'm writing here.
You will be surprised may be-I saw it on one good Russian tv channel(mostly about art);) Then decided to see it on their site-this is link:

in first paragraph a little bit about you ;) But-all in Russian, of course ^.^
It says: " coloured scraps of papers for writing down some important information( for clercs, 4 example) are now some kind of art.
Some people, as Marc Johns, makes good use it in art. Johns is drawing on it his mini-comics. All jokes are about clercs mainly"

Something like this, you know. :)
