Ads in flickr?

Haven't seen these before. I am signed out, perhaps that is the difference?

hmmm., weird, hadn't caught this before. I am slacking, or always signed in. One of the two.

I guess what confused me the most was sometimes it was there and sometimes it wasn't. Kind of wish it always showed up. It caused the right hand side to jump down when it appears.
