Fava Bean Saute
Fresh fava beans, shelled, blanched, peeled, THEN sauteed in olive oil, a smidge of butter, and lots of fresh garlic.

First potato harvest!
The potatoes had a very productive summer - so I poked a small shovel in the bed to see how they were looking. So far - they look great - and taste even better! Yum!
