Sea to Sky Highway
The Sea to Sky Highway connects Whistler/Pemberton/Squamish/etc to Vancouver by running alongside Howe Sound, one of the southern most fjords in North America.
I took this while being a passenger in a westfalia heading back to spend the night in Squamish on one of my 2011 adventures.

Below Shannon Falls
Shannon Falls Provincial Park is 58 km outside of Vancouver near Squamish, British Columbia. It is the 3rd highest waterfall in BC.
I didn't really like any of the photo options from up close near the falls. I took better pictures from much further away. ;)

Oyster Catchers vs Canadian Geese
Plenty of birds can be seen along the shores of Porteau Cove on Howe Sound. Here some Oyster Catchers lurk perched on a rock while Canadian Geese swim by and a Merganser watches from sea level
