   I've been saying for months that the iPad is what Steve Jobs wanted the mac to be in the beginning: an information appliance. This photo perfectly captures that theme.

    Much cooler than an aquarium. I shudder at the number of good toaster Macs that have been sacrificed.

    I have a gutted Mac Plus that I originally intended for a Macquarium 10 years ago. I wonder if this would be a better use. Maybe integrate a dock. Unfortunately I don't have the original keyboard from the Mac Plus.

    You can always put one of those cheap digital picture frames in there. That would be pretty sweet. I have a Classic with a severely miscolored case I have been meaning to transform.

    @blakespot, Good Eye. You're partially right. Upon closer inspection that is not the front bezel of a Mac Plus. The back half of the case is definitely from a Mac Plus. In my giddyness of the first day with an ipad I must have switched the bezels and grabbed the front of the 128K. So this would actually be an iPad + 128K + Mac Plus.
