And a happy first day of spring to you. You photograph tulips like few others, you find ways to portray them that is uniquely you, and ways to make them interesting that I had never considered before. I can say that about shallow depth-of-field flower photos. ;-)

Zeb, sums up this photograph perfectly Danielle. Your work behind the camera is unique and always thoughtful to your subject matter. In all honesty, I am worn out (others from past years) with seeing fields of tulips but this rendition is entirely gorgeous.

It is hard not to sound repetetive in praise sometimes but your images are always so good and this is no different.

Danielle, this is probably one of the best tulip images I have ever seen. First of all, the bi-colour type gets points just for being different. Then, you've done a great job with sharp focus and shallow dept of field to isolate one from the bunch. Lastly, the little white blossoms mixed throughout offer that finished touch. Seriously, great image.
