Well it's the end of the year and time to reflect. My reflection this year tells me that my post production sucks. So, it's time to try new things.
I've revisited this shot that i did in October and have never published.
Honest feedback appreciated as always.

Golden Plovers at Haytor

I'm useless at bird ID's so if anyone can tell me what these are i'd be grateful. They were swarming Haytor this afternoon.
I've uploaded a large version but could only grab silhouettes.

Haytor - Long exposure

These colours are actually straight out of camera. They were produced by stacking a 10 stop ND filter and a 3 stop GND and dialling in a slightly warmer white balance than the AWB was giving me.

It seems an age since i last got out and did some landscape. I managed to knacker my achilles tendon a few weeks ago so i've been hobbling around a bit. It's on the mend so i was pleased to get out this afternoon.
